Nanocomp customer satisfaction survey for 2015-2016 has been completed with record high response rate. Heartfelt thanks to everyone for taking part! We are proud to say that more than 9 out of 10 Nanocomp customers would be confident to recommend us to their peers. Overall satisfaction with Nanocomp services and products is also high, rating 4,4 points out of maximum 5. Personnel courtesy and competence rated high as well at 4,7 points out of 5.

Although there is improvement seen to previous years with company image, web site content and visibility in the market, those are still rated just average to good and need our attention. Local presence to markets in China and the US have been strengthened with reinforcements to sales team in China and by the establishment of Nanocomp US Inc. We will continue to bring us more close to our customers by focusing efforts to local sales and support teams. Also, major efforts have been undergone to fortify Nanocomp strategy, focusing on product lines and services which best utilize our strengths. We are confident that the results of the work can be seen in how our customers perceive our service and marketing communication in the years to come!
