As of September 2016 Nanocomp has established an affiliate company in the US. Nanocomp USA Inc is located within one hour flight from Silicon Valley in San Diego, California. The company nominated Mr Jukka-Matti Karhu as its CEO. Jukka-Matti has professional background in new business development and account management related positions in different companies within the telecommunications and electronics industry. He has managed Nanocomp new business development in North America from 2014 .

Nanocomp USA Inc is established to support Nanocomp’s customer base in the region, by bringing incorporated local presence and thereby providing service not distracted by time difference or geographical distance. As a part of Nanocomp’s growth strategy, Nanocomp USA Inc shows Nanocomp’s commitment to North American markets and will also be utilized in finding new business opportunities in the area. The new company enables better engineering and customer support for Nanocomp’s US customers and partners.
